After several years of experimentation SEPRA has realized an efficient system for treatment of release agent used in die-casting and aluminum transformation.
The waste water is treated using MICRO/ULTRAFILTRATION plants and subsequent REVERSE OSMOSIS for the recovery of the "clean" release agent and demineralized water.
The release agent is deprived of its "exhausted" part and is recirculated in the central distribution facility.
