Sepra will participate in the Ecomondo event, which will be held from 4 to 6 November at the Rimini Exhibition Centre. We show the treatment of digestates resulting from anaerobic fermentation by BIOGAS.
NEXT FERT proposes a true circular economy approach in the bio-energy sector, touching on one of the even less developed themes, that of digestate management. With the aim of contributing to the reduction of emissions in the fertilizer sector, overcoming current techno-economic limits and giving, at the same time, full implementation to the recent European and national regulations for the valorisation of the concept of circular economy and nutrient recovery, NEXT FERT project aims to further develop the technology to valorise the digestate coming from anaerobic fermentation, as a resource for the production of complex biofertilizers. The objective is to make an improvement to the current technology adopted by anaerobic digestion systems, allowing the complete separation of the different components of the digestate resulting from the process.
