Spiral wound membranes for E-Coat
UF-E-COAT membranes are used for electrodeposition baths treatment, both CATAFORETIC and ANAFORETIC paint.
UF-E-COAT membranes offer high permeability and have a low energy consumption. Membrane sheet is in PVDF and has been designed to have a higher hydrophilic charge than standard models in order to increase repulsion between the paint particles.
UF-E-COAT model has different molecular cuts (MWCOs) from 30kDa to 500kDa, selected according to the specific characteristics of the paint.
These membranes are suitable for new plants, as well as for replacing old types
SEPRA proposes a new type of container specifically designed for this application. The container has a system to facilitate complete drainage of the paint and allow assembly / disassembly of the element in no time.
The container is available for the 3 proposed versions 2.5 ", 4" and 8 ".
